Leonard Lott Trust Live On-Site Auction
The Leonard Lott Trust live on-site auction will be held Saturday, April 18th, 2026, at 18624 Tiels Rd., Carlinville, Illinois, beginning at 10:00 AM.
The auction will feature a wide selection of tractors, implements, and equipment. Items include a 1978 John Deere 4440 Power Shift tractor with 18.4 R38 duals, 3-point PTO. It is equipped with a quick hitch, dual PTO, and a rebuilt engine, with serial number 010609R and front mount hydraulic 3-point hydraulic blade (10’). Additional equipment includes a Bush Hog 2615 Legend batwing mower with solid tires and 1000 PTO, 2-point IH 200 blade (8’), IH 2-point hitch, assorted mounted implement tires, combine and wagon tires, and a 3-point dirt scoop.
Vehicles available include a 2006 Ford F-150 extended cab, blue, 2WD, long bed truck with no transmission, sold as-is and titled. Also included is a 1995 Chevy Blazer LS with power doors and locks, blue and silver in color, needing a battery, with mileage unknown, and titled.
Additional items include a large assortment of 2x and 4x lumber that was stored in a shed.
There is also a large collection of shop tools and equipment. This includes large wood bolt bins and parts bins, metal bolt bins and tool cabinets, a Stihl TS 360 concrete saw, a Paslode nailer, DeWalt air and electric tools, and Craftsman bench top tool boxes. Other items include large turnbuckles, C-clamps, old jacks, large caster wheels, large combination wrenches, chain binders, assorted sockets and ratchets, a torque wrench, punches, chisels, a large handheld post driver, gear pullers, top links, drawbars, a 36-inch pipe wrench, various electric tools, an old Champion pipe bender, wood work benches, an engine stand, a 5th wheel hitch, piles of good tin, many large iron storage racks, a large double deep well stainless steel sink, large metal shop tables, shop vises, torpedo propane tanks in various sizes, small electric motors, and both scrap and usable iron.
Terms of the auction are as follows: live bidding will be conducted on-site only, with payment accepted in cash or good check. All items are sold as-is, all sales are final, and all items will sell absolute. The auctioneer is not responsible for accidents, omissions, errors, theft, or misprints.
Additional information includes that a loader will be available on auction day, and there will be no buyer premium!!
